This list serves as a reminder for all the future challenges that still need to be undertaken. After each challenge is completed its story will be linked here. Ultimately even though each challenge only lasts one week, these are goals that I would like to continue to meet on a much more regular basis once the challenge is over.
- walk the cats daily
- brush the cats daily
- train the cats to sit daily
- no coffee for one week
- water only for one week
- no eating lunch out
- no dinners out
- exercise daily
- take a walk everyday
- write a blog post/short story daily
- contact a new old friend everyday of the week via email or phone
- sweep the kitchen floor daily
- no TV for a week
- no computer for a week
- no iPhone for a week (other than to make/receive needed phone calls)
- no facebook for a week
- walk to work for a week
- cook every night using leftovers/ingredients in the frig/house
- eat breakfast everyday for a week
- floss twice a day
